Hi,  I'm struggling to upload some files, and i've tried via my phone and my laptop but without success.  The files seemed to upload to 100% but when I created the playlist it was empty of audio files?

I noticed on a different attempt that an error message came up about an album cover image file being too large also, but it didn't specify what the max size was?

I know as free member my total upload limit is 100mb but that's not yet an issue so pease can you advise what the maximum individual file sizes are for both Audio and Images as this may be my issue.

Max file size is 500MB  So that should not be a problem.  I'll check and see if we have other issues.

I am still having issues uploading a profile picture.

I've reduced it to 1.76mb and size is 300 x 296.  It starts uploading (gives the small spinning wheel) the page loading bar starts up and then it crashes with a message saying 'site unable to handle request' and I have to close tab and log in again.

This is on the Samsung mobile browser if it helps.

File type, if it also helps is gif.

Try converting to jpg or png
