Being hypnotically compelled/forced to perform actions - completely aware of them - even able to protest - but with no control - totally helpless to stop myself from doing what has been commanded.
Added some topics to the Diapers, Incontinence and Regression group. I'm sadly still not incontinent, even after 4 years of trying, but I do have frequent nighttime accidents and rare daytime ones.
