I'd like to thank all of my fellow, HF goers. But said status is about a year or so old. Spending time working out more and stretching my muscles instead of doing 10 hrs of office work a day has helped tremendously and I rarely experience tightness......(We don't talk about the sore post workout days....lol) But thanks again for the pointers, if it ever comes up again ill have the resources now :)
